Job description

An authorized Volvo Trucks service center is seeking applicants for the position of Service Advisor.

What you will be doing :

active promotion of service,
timely settlement of service orders and issuing of invoices,
in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard
cooperating with workshop employees and contacting customers with regard to orders,
selling spare parts,
selling spare parts
selling of spare parts,
attention to customer satisfaction, adherence to high standards of customer service,

What we expect

Experience in a similar position with direct customer contact;
highly developed sales skills;
good knowledge of motor vehicle construction;
experience in a similar position highly developed sales skills
technical education;
driving licence cat. B (preferably C )
high personal culture and ability to co-operate with customers and the workshop team, high technical skills
